RA VISION FTK
Ra Vision FTK is an automatic instrument for the visual
control of the yarn bobbins (extrusion production process)
to identify possible defects and to grade the bobbin by
quality.
This configuration is designed for installation on
packaging or sorting lines working on disks, suitable for
both new installation and also existing units.
The solution will allow the simultaneous inspection of
two bobbins in the same cycle time for an increased
productivity.
The instrument carries out the whole series of checks,
automatically classifying the bobbins by quality, based on
the quantity and type of detected defects.
All the parameters, in addition of being stored on the
instrument PC, can be transmitted to the company
management system for a complete traceability of the
quality data.
